Not at all. Most of our support is tailored for before you leave the UK. The aim is to have as much organised as possible before you even land.

Yes and we love helping you find your new home. We can assist with researching areas that fit with your families need and advising on what we believe may work. We can then view properties on your behalf and provide you with photos and/or videos at the real estate agents discretion. One thing to note is that we are not a real estate agency or property manager so we are unable to negotiate or act as your rental agent.

Yes. If you have a property you are interested in, let us know. We can attend the viewing on your behalf and provide you with practical feedback about the property and its location

Of course. We can help you source furniture, pick up furniture you have bought, accompany you on shopping trips, organise or wait in for deliveries, help unpack furniture, set up large items and simply turn an empty property into a home however you have planned.

Yes. We are by no means car experts however we are able to assist in your search for a car. We are able to view or purchase cars on your behalf and can arrange for registration and insurance so that your vehicle is ready for you when you arrive.

We do not operate a removal company, but we can arrange professional removalists or van hire. If you wish to hire a van we can also provide hands on assistance so you do not have to struggle alone.

Sure. We can ensure you have water, electricity, gas, internet all ready set up for when you arrive meaning no nights in a hotel or having to cook by candlelight.

Our service was created with UK to Australia families in mind however the practical support we offer can be useful for all families around the world in relocating to the Sunshine coast.

Good question. The sunshine coast is where we live, its the area we are most familiar. When we created Sunshine family concierge I wanted to offer support to families from someone who knows what they are talking about, not a huge relocation agency but a family who knows EXACTLY what you are going through.

That being said, if you feel I can help with your move even if it is outside of the sunshine coast area, just ask.
